Web cams?

My parents are not that internet savvy people, but I want to get them a web cam with voice so they can see and talk to their grand kids in Colorado. I will buy the same system for my brother for him to put on his computer. I figured this would be a good Christmas gift. I know it is hard on them since they are in Texas and and grand kids live in Colorado. Any ideas?

We did this same thing last year. My parents got us a webcam so they can see their granddaughter. I think most webcams are fairly simple to setup and use, so it shouldn't make a whole lot of difference which one you choose. We have this one: Logitech Quickcam

Then just download Skype and use that as your teleconferencing program.

Logitech Quick Cam Pro 9000 This webcam is super nice. This is what we have; the picture (720p) and sound is fantastic. One of my friends got one too and she likes it as well.

Don't blame your parents or use them as an excuse. Just keep the Game Camera you already have along with the bright light. Yeesh.
