But if we don't start getting some more the Aggies are going to pass us. They got 3 NCs to our 0 this year.
Refering to the sports in the State Farm Lone Star Showdown the Texas Ladies have won at least one national chmpionship in all their sports except softball and soccer.

Our men have not ever won an NC in the following sports: Basketball (the biggie), Men's Outdoor and Indoor Track and Field, Tennis and Cross Country.

We seem to be hanging around the upper 40s lately.

Bill, you and I usually think alike but on this one we will have to agree to disagree.

They might pass us at this pace in about 18 years. Assuming they continue to win 8 every three years and we win only one in the same period.

Lets not overdramatize this. aggy is in a nice little run going and things need to change at Bellmont especially in some non-revenue sports but they arent anywhere close to Texas in terms of NC's or will be anytime soon if ever.

FW I understand and even though we agree on most things it is ok when we disagree since we do so without being disagreeable. One of the points you make as I understand it and I agree. I would take one NC in football for UT to the Aggies 8 NCs in non revenue sports anytime.
