Watching Versus while in France

I will be going back this year to the Tour De France and was wondering if there is a way to watch Versus live from a laptop or phone or listen to on satellite radio while were on the road following the race?

I guess because you want their input and American slant (if there is one) to it all? They use the feeds from French TV, I think. You may be able to get closed captioning or something. They may even have English broadcasts or feeds. They may not be VS Network exactly but may be close enough.

I would understand that you want their commentary and insight, however. I enjoy it greatly.
