Watching the game on ESPN3?

Does anyone know if we will be able to watch the game online on ESPN3 this year in Austin? Last year I had to find some random stream from some other website I found on here actually.

Id like to be able to watch it on ESPN.com, but if I can't, does anyone know where I can find the stream online?

supposed to be on ESPN3 or WatchESPN as it's now called.

I know it's supposed to be, but iirc, last year it's was blacked-out for the region. (I'm at my sisters for thanksgiving and she doesn't have cable)

I was mostly just wondering if someone knew the rules for this type of thing. I want to go looking for a backup if I cant
