Watchdog: EPA cut corners on global-warming decisi

If this so-called science is so sound and so settled, then why did the Obama administration feel the need to violate the EPA's own policies and process for reviewing this information and making its decision of regulating carbon emissions?
Probably because it really is not so sound, so settled, or nearly as scientific as these people have been insisting. In any case, there is a law suit pending, and this disclosure by the EPA's own internal watchdog group should be helpful in the effort to get this politically driven policy overturned.
