Want to buy two 2010 football season tickets

Interested in buying two season tickets at face ($800 total). I'm retired and on a fixed income now so don't have the resources to go higher than this amount. Would prefer West side, upper deck. In San Antonio but can arrange Austin or SA exchange.

You can get West Side uppers for face from the ticket office, likely high and in the corners. They won't be able to tell you exactly where right now, but if you express that preference, it is very likely they'll be able to accommodate you. Lowers: Call the Foundation to make a donation. They'll still deal with you even though the deadlines have passed, but you won't receive priority handling for OU/ away game requests.

Despite the disingenuous protests to the contrary, "face" is the common euphemism for cost at the initial point of sale (not including "handling" fees), hence the "face" value of a SEASON TICKET is $400, their cost from the ticket office.

(disingenuous semanticists rush to point out that the individual game tickets that make up a SEASON TICKET have printed face values that combine to exceed $400 and attempt to market SEASON TICKETS at "face value", which they paid $400 each for, at the higher combined individual game ticket total, $555 for 2010. Don't fall for their silly little games!)

$800 for two seats is not face. Face value is the price that is on the "face" of the tickets. Even those of us that purchase the tickets in a package pay more than $800 because of the silly handling fees ($10 per seat).

That being said, throw in $150 for a season parking pass and you can have mine. See my post above.
