Wall mounting A/V components

OK, before I go digging through avsforum I thought I'd go to the HF crew & see if anyone has any good suggestions for shelving/mounting devices for A/V components.

Currently the plasma is sitting on a simple glass & wood 2-shelf stand in the living room. I'd like to mount the plasma to the wall and if possible mount the A/V components beneath the HD. I'm looking for a simple, elegant solution which fits w/ my unobtrusive setup. I need to integrate the following:

42" panny plasma (easy)
Denon S-301 HT (I can wall mount the 2 front speakers alongside the panny)
Nintendo Wii
SA3800 HD-DVR

That's it. I'm picturing one floating glass or wood shelf, maybe 40" - 48" W x 15" D that I can mount beneath TV. I need some flexibility as I will be adding a Blu-ray player into the mix eventually.

Long-term I'm considering mounting a Yamaha YSP-4000 beneath the plasma & moving the Denon (& probably Wii) upstairs to the master bedroom. Then my rig would (top to bottom) TV, YSP, Blu-ray & HD-DVR (side by side).

Any thoughts?

Thanks, Harlan. I knew you wouldn't fail. I've looked @ the MSW but am starting to learn towards this simple Sanus mount. One or two of these might give me the flexibility I'm looking for later if the YSP comes in to play.
