So they don't have to go to Corvallis or Pullman or Berkley or Boulder or LA. If they play in Boulder, LA or Berkley, the local police will be handing out free tickets to try to get a crowd of 50%.

1-14 slump in second half. This is what scares me and will be the death of us if we can’t find our groove as other teams get better defensively as the season goes.

Stanford is a pretty terrible team. We've got to try a bunch of different combos between now and the conference slate to see if we can end those spurts where we can't figure it out.

I think as long as Allen and Carr are "on," we can fiddle around with the other pairings.

Lots of people on another fb group are loving Terry as the replacement coach but he is a poor excuse based on record for Texas to settle for. CDC doesnt seem like one of the lets do the social experiment of coach selection like patterson was back when we got charlie in football. If beard is gone then get a legit coach who is not a .500 win %.

We’ll see how he does in conference play. He may get the permanent gig if he wins Big XII, or he may flame out. I’m not crazy about our offense even with one loss. We will see I guess. But I predict Beard survives.

I'm not the biggest Terry fan because of how adversarial he was with critics at Fresno and UTEP. He bolted from Fresno the moment he could... for a worse job at UTEP. And then bailed there too.

Grant McCasland at UNT is probably at/near the top of everyone's list. I think he would do well with tons of resources.
