Here are the UT alumni listed:
Adams, Rachael (KS Palac Bydgoszcz, Poland)
Doris, Jennifer (Hitachi Automotive Systems, Japan)
Engle, Ashley (SARIYER BELEDIYESI SPOR KULUBU, Turkey)
Faucette, Juliann (Futura Volley SRL, Italy)
Hooker, Destinee (Dinano Krasnodar, Russia)
Kocher, Michelle (VFM - Volleyball Franches-Montagnes, Switzerland)
Paolini, Lauren (ASD Crema Volley SRL, Italy)

Also I believe Dariam Acevedo is playing in Puerto Rico still. Michelle Moriarty is playing beach here, I think. Brandy Magee, Heather Kisner and Kiley Hall used to play internationally but I don't see them listed.
It's pretty cool how the players get to see the world, so to speak. Ashley Engle, for example, played in Azerbaijan, Italy, and now Turkey.
