Am I the only one disappointed in this at the game? We could get this done during a break in the game, or even when it was, we couldn't have it on the field? And i couldn't hear any of the audio over the crowd noise (due to NEZ?).

Very disappointing! I was in Section 2 Row 17, and I couldn't see ****! I had to look up on the Godzillatron to see what was going on. Very sad! Fortunately, I did get a slight shot of Vince coming in....

who were the guys sitting on the bench and standing behind him? I think they were probably former players but couldn't recognize them without orange jerseys and numbers.

I'm not sure if they had planned it at the 50 yd line or not, but the FAU players were still out running thru their pregame when the ceremony started. Perhaps they could have done this at halftime, but wouldn't wanted them to squeeze it in during a timeout.

You know, there would probably never be a big enough tribute for VY, no matter what they did.

The players on the bench were Kasey Studdard and the former Horns who play with VY at Tennessee: Michael Griffin, Ahmard Hall and Bo Scaife. There were some other guys there, just didn't recognize them.
