Video on a Palm/Pocket PC?

I can't get video to play on my iPAQ. I have Windows Media and Real Player installed, but they won't play .mpg or .avi files. Any ideas?

Got it. Downloaded pcoket divX for the .avi, and PocketTV for the .mpeg. And both were free!
