I'm in the process of having my old vhs-c tapes converted to dvd by a local reputable business. Most of the tapes converted ok, but I have several tapes that have alot of "jumping" on the tape. The service that I'm using said they can't do anything about the "jumping", but they could edit the scenes out altogether.
Deleting the scenes is just not acceptable; does anyone know of a service that perhaps could help me?
