Oh, wait...maybe they aren't. Maybe, just maybe, they're about writing big checks to the defense industrial base.
They sure aren't about the service members that ARE THE MILITARY.

If I thought for one minute, the GOP would apply this same fiscal discipline to their pet programs, I would get on board with shared sacrifice...BUT mr. Romney is talking about upping the Defense budget so apparently its not really about limiting spending. They just want to spend their way, and apparently that's just not on Vets.
