If you get to Whistler, go to a pub called Tapleys, ask for Big Rich and tell him LonghornMike from Toronto sent you and that you're a Longhorn fan. He used to own a restaurant in Toronto called The Texas Longhorn Cafe! Hook Em!

Ate at a badass sushi place in the summertime. The balcony overlooking downtown is awesome, but might be a little cold this time of year.

If you get up to Whistler the Rimrock Cafe is great (I go there everytime I'm up in Whistler--make reservations). Also if you're in Whistler there is a great little place to grab breakfast called Ciao-Thyme which is in the Upper Village at the base of Blackcomb. CT always seems to the The Tragically Hip playing just so you know that you are really in Canada, eh!
