This co-champ nonsense pisses me off. In my mind UT is the rightful regular season champ this year and 2 years ago. We won the head to head and we were the 1 seed in the tourney.

If the shoe was on the other foot (and it has been in football where we are 'co-champs' of the south with OU) I wouldn't be running around claiming championships like a douchebag. Mack tried that 4 or 5 years ago and was ridiculed for it- including by our fan base. Yet nobody bats an eye when Kansas claims 3 regular season championships in a row, when really it was UT that was the 1 seed in the confernece tourney 2 of the last 3 years.

I'm very happy for Kansas winning the national title. Good for them. Great program, classy fans, always liked them.

They are better than running around talking about their "championships" though- I would think. With that history and tradition why cheapen it.
