Using someone else's U-verse or Time Warner

[avoiding work]

I currently do not have access to the Longhorn Network (I have submitted requests to Directv, but no luck so far). My parents have U-Verse, and my brother has Time Warner - both live out of state. My question to the group is this, is there a way that they could share their login/password to allow me to stream the show to my computer or iPad? That is, neither of them have a slingbox, but several providers provide slingbox-like capabilities for watching shows away from home. Does U-verse or Time Warner have such capabilities?

I don't think out of state TWC has LHN at all. Also, they aren't an option on the 'watch now' part of longhornnetwork.com. AT&T, however, appears to be available on the site.

That sounds right. As far as I know, AT&T is the only provider that has online streaming.

I streamed using a friend's Uverse account. Was really poor quality so I switched to another source. Now that I think about it, I wish I hadn't.

For the record, LHN streaming is now supported for UVerse.

I thought I had the answer but, apparently one cannot stream the LHN from a TWC, Texas based account outside of Texas. I'm in Phoenix right now and the content is blocked... I'll try again when I return home, to CA.

I have Grande and my username and password worked for a buddy of mine in SF.

I just wish the LHN would come out with an app for Android phones, not just iPhones...
