Hello all, thought I'd draw on the board's collective wisdom and ask about experiences -- good or bad -- using professional search firms to find talent for one's company. I am considering engaging one, and could use whatever advice those with experience have to offer. Has anyone had success with them? If so, what did you do that made the engagement successful versus the numerous "failures to deliver" I have heard about?
