used car extended warranty?

Anyone know of a good company to buy from? Selling a family member one of my vehicles and dont want to hear about it if anything goes wrong so going to discount it some so they can buy extended warranty....but having some trouble finding good info about them

Every single person I have ever known to buy a car warranty from anyone but the dealer has regretted it and vowed to never do it again. Every one of them found out too late that the fine print pretty much absolves the warranty people from ever having to pay anything.

We financed our car through UFCU and they gave us a good warrentee for 1500 w/ no deductable.

Just hang around the phone long enough and some recording will play with a douchebag telling you that your car warranty may have already expired.

I don't know who it was through... I think it was just through the bank.

GE Capital sells one that I have heard many in the Porsche community say is pretty good. I cannot say first hand, but those people are pretty picky about such things.
