US Virgin Islands with kids

Looking for a family friendly beach vacation this summer and thinking about USVI due to not having a passport. Can anyone recommend best place to stay / best island as far as things to do with kiddos? Kids age 11, 7, 6 (boys). They love the water (duh), beaches and/or waterparks would be great.
 
Caneel Bay is nice and is kid friendly. However, I think they would have more fun at the Westin. Caneel Bay does not have a nice pool by the water so the main attraction is the beach.
