Why does the US play by a different set of rules compared to the rest of the world in regards to war?

I thought they (or "we") were paying the killers $50 grand for every death.

I mean, how would they track that? Would you have to bring in their ears, like you killed a gopher or something?

But if this is blood money, load up some Afghan females with octomom drugs, have eiight kids, get them killed, collect some coin.

Someone tell me... why are we still in Afghanistan?

Good guys in who's eyes? Only our own apparently. If the script was flipped, how much would they pay for each American.

I read in a separate article that President Karzai wants at least 2 billion a year from the US after we pull our troops out. Really? And I'm sure we will settle some kind of monetary arrangement with these psychos.
