Upset Saturday in the Big 12?

Maybe the biggest surprise - Oklahoma locked in a battle with K-State, 29-26 Sooners at the half.

Meanwhile in Lincoln, Nebraska shockingly leads Mizzou 32-18 at the half - against a Mizzou team averaging over 80 per game.

Baylor locked in a close one, 33-29 with Tech.

Baylor goes up on Tech by 8, 55-47.

OU up 9 on K-State, 47-38.

Mizzou has cut NU's lead to 6.

All of these are midway through the second half or thereabouts.

Looks like OU and Baylor have pulled on away to win their games.

MU and NU, on the other hand, is a dogfight. NU's lead has been cut to 48-47 as we head down the stretch.

NU ended up pulling that game out, 56-51. Bad loss for Mizzou.

Are you serious that KSU was a favorite at tip? That sounds like crazy talk to me.

Sure enough, looked at Sheridan's odds and OU was only a 1 point favorite this morning. Line could very well have moved to KSU. I am just shocked at this line though. OU is a very good team and KSU is still searching for themselves.

In other lines, I am shocked we were an 18 point favorite with the way we have been playing lately. Gary Johnson seems to be the only player worth a ****.

I am absolutely shocked at that line on the OU game.

Did Vegas think it was a football game at a BCS venue?

Doesn't make a lick of sense to me.

KU got run at Sparty, putting another finishing touch on the **** that was our n/c season for the conference.

Texas (and to a lesser extent OU) pulled their fair share of the weight for the conference. Everyone else, not so much.

I noted with interest that Missouri idiotically took 21 attempts from behind the arc out of 47 fg attempts against a team that plays smaller than any team I've ever seen in the Big 12. NU has one 6'8" guy who averages less than 10 minutes a game, the guy who seems to be the biggest defensive threat is a 6'6" freshman who only played 5 minutes in the game, and they usually have a 6'4" guy "controlling" the paint.

I don't care how much Nebraska was packing the defense in tight to invite outside shots. The Missouri coach should have been fired at halftime.
