Updated 2011 rankings

I don't know how many openings Baylor had for 2011 but obviously they've brought in some top recruits the past few seasons. I agree, though, it 's a little strange not seeing their name on the list, esp as they're not even in the top 30. One thing about the Horns - even though the class is ranked 10th it doesn't look they included Brewer in their calculations. I'm not saying the class would be ranked much higher, just pointing out that their placement is only based on the four freshmen.

B.Sanders will be the sleeper in this class. She is tough and strong. And can shoot.

I think Coach G did a great job in filling needs with this class.

I still believe that Nneka Enemkpali, assuming she is completely healthy, will be our starting Power Forward come November. I've said this before, but that has been a position where other teams have really hurt us, especially on the glass.

If Ronisha, whose height/size ranges from 5'11 to 6'2 based on which site you believe, can also play in the frontcourt like she did in high school, that will hopefully add more depth at PF. If her size is not ideal for PF, she would make a tremendous rebounder at the SF slot.

Cassie is a true point guard, and that is another position where we haven't had quality depth. If she can extend defenses and get them to respect her long range shooting, that will help spread the floor for her teammates.

Brady's shooting from beyond the arc could help offset Kat Nash's loss; while Kat is a big loss, I'm hopeful Brady can be a reliable shooter for us her first year.

Kayla Brewer, who doesn't seem to be included in those rankings, could really add even more depth at Power Forward. While she might float between Small Forward and PF, her length (regardless of position) will be a plus come mid-December, and once conference play begins.

If you look at our rosters the past four years, we really haven't had a lot of forwards (compared to how many we used to have under Coach Conradt). The 6'2 Nash sisters gave their all, and will be missed; 6'2 Rachel Rentschler only stayed one season. 6'0 Earneshia Williams was a bitt undersized to be playing PF in the Big 12, and had to overcome an injury-plagued career.

Needless to say, we will need contributions from all our newcomers, but I do believe we added players at key positions and with skills which will blend in to make our team more complete.
