What did everyone cook today?. Usually, I fire up the smoker and do brisket, ribs, and sausage. I was feeling lazy today and went with Tex-Mex. I cooked cheese and onion enchiladas, carne guisada, queso, salsa, spanish rice and refritos. I will cook this now for EVERY away game the rest of the season.
