University of Texas Network show ideas

I just wanted to throw this topic out there to see what came up. Suppose you are in charge of the new UT TV network, what programming (other than sports game broadcasts, coach shows, etc) do you air? I am thinking a Colt McCoy fishing show would be a good place to start.

I've got a great game show idea. It would involve a map that you put on the floor, and it would have different conclusions that you would jump to.
