They were not nearly as dark as they looked on tv. They really were a darker gray than the ones we used to wear. It shows this more clearly in this locker room video

I guess we maybe learned not to wear black again for awhile.

I see a lot of UT products made by Nike that have the color listed as "anthracite". Maybe this is the color of the uniforms.
