Undercover Boss

I'm sure most of you have seen the ads for this TV show airing right after the Super Bowl, but, you may be surprised to learn that a UT alum is going to be the first undercover boss. Larry O'Donnell is Prez of Waste Management and graduated from UT Engineering in 1980. I went from maybe watching this if nothing else was on to watching the first show and then probably not watching anymore.

I think the concept of a CEO doing this is a fantastic idea to see how the company line and initiatives that they enact in the board room get filtered through the many layers of management to the front line workers. I don't know if it's going to make good television or not tho.
