UIL State One Act Play

Just thought you might like to know my son won best actor and then the Samuel French Award for "Fortinbras" at the Bass Friday night. The troupe got first runner up, primarily because the judge was an Aggie. Deal or No Deal?

Congrats to your son! So they still have just one judge? In music, they always have three, so I have never understood why just one in drama.

That is so awesome and congratulations all the way around. I saw the kids and families on campus last week. I love when that competition goes on. The kids and all associated with it are so polite and respectful compared to just about all other groups that UIL bring. This is as a whole for there are always exceptions and the ;majority of any crowd are good people.

Still just one judge-this one wasdirector of theatre at A&M. Two judges next year, I think.
