Uh oh is the annual Bill Self choke job happening?

davidson is just one of those lower-seeded teams that seems to have all the confidence in the world and doesn't get fazed when they realized they're about to beat goliath. and kansas is off form. it would be fairly surprising to me if kansas did win.

and why doesn't kansas ever miss an open 3 against us but they've missed about 5 or 6 today?

Tough game for me b/c I really wanted davidson to win and go to the final four b/c that would have been such a great story, but Kansas is who I really wanted to win it all (If it was not to be for the horns) b/c I have such incredible respect for them, I like to see the conference do well in hoops as a general matter, and b/c we've played so many epic games with them lately and I have all the respect in the world for them.

Hopefully now that this monkey is off their back they can be freed to go play like we all know they can and kick Roy WIlliams and John Calipari's ***. I seek no way UCLA gets past that Memphis team we saw today.

Not a choke job, just a slight case of the hiccups before making their plans for a well deserved trip to San Antonio.

Congrats to Self and KU. And of course Davidson for fighting the good fight.

I feel cheated. I may get drilled for this, but I really wanted to see Curry put up the final shot...defender in his face or not.

Then he shouldn't have walked it up the floor. He should have hustled it up so he could work off the double team that he had to know was coming on any screen...

Glad I wasn't the only one screaming at Curry to get the ball up the floor. What a disappointment that he didn't take the last shot. Kid had a helluva tourney.

But hats off to Kansas - glad to see another Big 12 team in there if not us.

He played poorly the 2nd half with missed shots and bad turnovers. His late 3 made it exciting, but he was off today.

His walking it up the court was the topper. He'll regret not taking that shot the rest of his life.

If he had taken the shot after that pump fake and missed everyone would be saying he should have passed it to an open guy instead of shooting with a hand in his face. KU just played great defense with the exception of the one guy tripping when Curry got his first screen. That's when he should have passed it - the screener had an open shot. Maybe that guy just wasn't a good outside shooter, but in that case he shouldn't have been the one setting a screen and then rolling to the 3-point line.
