Uga and Bevo

Both very smart Representives Did anyone ask Uga if He wanted to meet our Bevo? There is no doubt he would have said "No thanks "
But now PETA is going after Uga and Georgia saying Uga is being abused. Of course people at Ga point how how privileged Uga.is. I have no doubt. The best evidence comes from Uga getting first seat on the plane.
Bevo hates flying.

I never understood why people do that.
Thank goodness Bevo gets to grow the way Nature intended him to grow.
Need to find some pics of him at DKR when he was Baby Bevo.

Why would PETA target a dog mascot? Isn't he treated like a pet, family member, or even better? Such animals have the best life in the animal kingdom.

I think Peta is going after the deliberate inbreeding that results in smashed in can't breathe nose.

Except for the idiot Dawg Handlers and media who thought it would be fun to tease Bevo I am sure Uga lives a doggy prince life.
If you have ever watched Our Bevo on Christmas day on LHN You know HE is a prince

SN,

Great post, but can you imagine taking a bull out in front of 100,000 people?

While not a Longhorn, but I saw Bodacious live in the Dome in front of 65,000, and then in a smaller arena in Vegas. Meanest son of a ***** to ever roam the earth; see also Tuff Hedeman.

I actually meant Bevo's Horns. Didn't think about the steer part. Thanks for clarifying.
Being de-nutted affects the horn growth. Cows and steer get that upswept curve we all know and love, while a bull's horns remain somewhat straighter.

I know you were getting at the idea that UGA and other dog breeds (I'm looking at YOU with your overly narrow head and nonexistent brain vault, Revielle) can be inbred to the point of causing ill health and the like; while Bevo doesn't suffer from that kind of nonsense, his appearance is still directly affected by human management.
