Yep. The Bruins did to Winkler what the 'Horns failed to do last week, which is why the 'Horns are watching the CWS on the tube like the rest of us. If TCU cannot come back and win this thing, then I hope UCLA does.

Does anyone think we would get past UCLA with our puny hitting? I am watching these teams and they all have good pitching but they also have good hitting. That was our undoing this year. In May, the team went into a slump and neveer came out of.

Would we have gotten past UCLA? Who knows. We didn't think we'd get past North Carolina last year and it happened. That is why the games are actually played instead of some computer anaylizing mulitple stats and spitting out rankings, but I digress to another sport....
