I are in Morimotos restraunt in NYC last year and it was incredible. It takes a very good chef to outdo Morimoto.

i cant stand that guy judge. He's always condescending towards the other judges and their opinions like they don't matter. Like he is the end -all-be-all judge....

I love Jeffrey. He is a pompous ***, but I like him still. That one judge (whom I have never seen) sitting on Jeffrey's left sounded like her taste buds didn't work. She always was wanting MORE ginger flavour.
Ginger is one of my least favourite tastes actually. I usually judge these things on which menu I would rather eat, and I have to answer Chef Cole on this one. I have never bene to Uchi so this is not based on any real life eating.
Btw, I just can't imagine ruining a piece of perfectly good lamb by putting ginger within 10 ft. of it. (some from Rusty's will already know I am a lamb freak.)
