UA Game Question

How do high school athletes maintain their amateur athlete status when a private company, Under Armour, flies them across the country, puts them in a hotel, feeds them, gives them presents and a free 'coaching clinic' in exchange for wearing their gear and playing in their sponsored game?

Clearly this is ok to do, not trying to undercover a massive scandal- just understand how the NCAA is ok with this.

They are allowed to play in a certain number of all-star games (2?), and those games have rules about what they are able to do. These national games have bigger budgets and higher profile, so they are able to do things the smaller ones can't.
