They just matched Shaka's greatest accomplishment while he was here. Good job, UNT!

As an aside, both of my boys graduated from UNT with engineering degrees (one MechE, the other Construction E) and neither one of them paid a penny to do so. Thanks to the Rydman family, owners of Spec's, for the full scholarships!

McCasland is going to get paid by someone. I would have avoided him with a ten-foot pole before NIL was a thing, but now that we don't have to worry about it, he'd be a great hire somewhere. He's got that Bobby Knight and Scott Drew coaching tree and seems to genuinely get far more out of his squads than teams with vastly superior recruiting rankings. He was at the top of my list before the Terry hire.
