typical Hillary

Typical Hillary- Smart, Incisive, Able to discuss any question that is asked of her with knowledgeable facts... Yep.

You might not agree with her politics, but "typical Hillary" is a policy wonk.

taking every advantage even if it against the rules of the game, then lobbying to change only teh rules taht would advantage her. (see Gore only asking for recounts in Dem stronghold counties in Fla)

Fairness is not something she or her people understand.

Of course I believed the D's who said that Michigan and Florida wouldn't count due to the pre-Primary season date changes and penalties invoked. Why should they count now?

It's be stated ad nauseum that in Florida, the state legislature, and NOT the Democratic Party, moved the primary up.

Why should they count?

The fact that Florida is far and away the largest "Swing State" in the country has something to do with it. Disenfranchising millions of voters (the primary had a RECORD TURNOUT) in a swing state is possibly more stupid than caucuses.

Obama ran ads in Florida (national ads seen in Florida) because he knew that there was always a possibility that there would be a decision later on Florida. This isn't "something new"

. But he lost by nearly 300,000 votes. More than the entire number of Democratic/Independent caucus goers in Washington State.

The voice of the people, especially in swing states (since we have the electoral college) should be heard.

But the people who love pep rallies, who think with their gut (the "left's" version of the last 8 years), don't feel
that this is right.

Maybe Obama will preach another sermon on HOPING that the Florida voters are disenfranchised.

Changing the rules after the fact is pretty weak and typical of what we could expect with a Hillary Clinton presidency, but it's also incredibly lame for the Democrats to have disenfranchised so many voters in the first place.

Hilary Clinton is a conniving witch. Does conniving include "smart and incisive"?

For those Dems that support her, let me tell you something. there is no way in hell she will win the general election. that is due in part to the patronizing, cynical treatment Obama has recieved from her camp -- so typified by this napoleon person.

the only thing important to the Clintons is the Clintons. they will destroy the Democratic Party to win. And it will. All those energized people that have been turning out are really starting to hate her. And if she is the nominee, they will either go with McCain, or stay home.

She held a "private fundraiser". Purely money... although I'm sure she might have been aware of the free TV coverage she might get. However, she did NOT speak to the press. Nor did she run ads in the state like Obama did.

I'm guessing that it doesn't matter. I beginning to think that no matter what the Dems do, they're going to lose in November. Oh well, I guess I stay in Buenos Aires for at least 4 more years...

Or just change my beliefs and come back to the States and make me some money.

Clinton and Obama could have told you last year that she was going to win both states. They could have told you in June, August, October, and December. They could have told you at the start of January.

THAT is why Hillary has been saying since before the election that she was going to fight to get Florida seated. And that is why Obama ran ads that could be viewed in the state, because he knew that he would lose, but he still hoped to pick up some delegates in case they were seated.

It's called "Politics". Not
government. This part is politics. And they both are playing the game. It isn't like Hillary is the only one trying to twist things. Look at Obama now whining about Superdelegates. They knew the game before it started. But continue the hate if it helps you get through the night.

I cant wait to post my "ding dong the witch is dead" post when this she-devil is finally stomped into the ground and back into hell where she came from.

You guys aint seen nothin yet. If she's still behind after all the states have been counted, I guarantee you she will take the DNC to court and SUE them to force them to let in Michigan and Florida.

Dont underestimate her greed folks

Simply because Obama isn't saying "That's not fair!! ", doesn't mean that it isn't whining.

I don't recall his campaign talking about this back in December? Now that he can see how it might affect him it's "preventive whining."

If they count Michigan and Florida, I'll vote for McCain. If Hillary wins fair and square I'll vote for her. The party agreed that this is the way the candidate will be selected. They agreed not to count Florida and Michigan. That's the way it should be. There is no disenfranchisement. This isn't a general election. The party can select its candidate however it wants. They shouldn't be able to change the rules midstream, however.

The superdelegates are part of the process. There's nothing wrong with Obama courting them. That's all part of the game.
