When I got LHN network last football season, one of the pleasant surprises was its willingness to broadcast other football games when the Horns were on another network.
UTSA, a brand new program, found themselves on tv almost weekly. Good for them! Grande has good distribution in UTSA area. I like the notion Texas State gets a shot at LHN airtime too. Good for them!
So Tech's refusal to play on the network (based on the name of the network I presume) is confusing. TV is TV; you are playing Texas State (I think Grande has a huge presence in San Marcos). LHN is the perfect network for such a low level regional game.
Tech is upset about playing a regional opponent on a TV carrier with extensive regional coverage. I hear there are a few good HS football players in CenTx. Maybe you should play on LHN network just for expose to the region. If not, UTSA would love their time slot back.
