Great news!

Cedar Hill has a great basketball program, and is now coached by the former coach at Fort Worth Dunbar. Plus, getting more players from DFW Elite can only help open more doors down the road.

I didn't get to attend this year's state championship tourney, but Cedar Hill fought Cy-Fair to the end, and Terry had to guard Chiney Ogwumike some.

Didn't realize Ronnisha had previously verballed to Kansas; sounds like she worked hard at our camp to earn her 'ship.

So, in a few years, the roster could look like this:

2010
PG - Shanice McKoy
G - Chelsea Bass
G/F - Chassidy Fussell
G/F - Tiffany Moore
F - Anne Marie Hartung

2011
PG - Cassie Peoples
G - Brady Sanders
F - Ronnisha Major

2012
G - Peyton Little

2013
PG - Candice Adams
P - Jada Terry

That's an 11-player roster, and possibly 12 if Nneka Enemkali decides to rec-commit. One would think Little won't be the only member of the 2012 class, so one more could bump up the squad to 13 players.

Obviously, a lot can change between now and the time a recruit signs their LOI and eventually completes the college eligibility, but it sounds like the Elite camp was a huge success!
 
Cedar Hill's team name is the Longhorns so there won't be much adjustment there. Also, both Jada and Candice will be sophs this season so they could still grow taller than their current 6-3 and 5-7.
 
So for all of you out there who follow the recruiting scene a lot more than myself, does this little flurry, of what seems like some great prospects commiting, indicate a turning of the corner for Coach G in the recruiting wars?
