.... are "American Experience: Alexander Hamilton" on PBS and "Temple Grandin" via NETFLIX.

Hamilton, to the average American, is one of the lesser studied and least understood founding fathers, perhaps because he died rather young and in some decline and also because he never served as our president.

His life and legacy are explained with special relevance to today's values and times.

Very insightful and entertaining.

I learned a lot.



Temple Grandin is a Doctor of Animal Science and a professor at Colorado State University, a best selling author and a consultant to the livestock industry.

She is autistic and this is her life story told in an HBO movie:

Doesn't that sound interesting?

That Forrest Gump movie might have been more quotable and, perhaps, more exciting, but "Temple Grandin" is both entertaining and true.

And informative.

And uplifting.

And, again, I learned a lot.
