Twin Lab Ripped Fuel

Waste of time.

Personally, I take a 500mg pill of caffeine and two tablets of green tea extract. Cheap and it gets me fairly hype.
 
Who knows, but my mother has a little shitzu who tore open her bottle of ripped fuel and ate half the pills. Like 40 of them. Talked about ****** up. He survived, though, amazingly.

What my mother was doing with ripped fuel I'll never know.
 
ALA and CLA are decent fat burners but they are expensive and do nothing for your workouts.
 
I took some the first time today about an hour before i worked out. I could really tell the difference. i had lifted for over an hour pretty hardcore and didnt want to stop.

i figured that i would go through a bottle and see if it helps.

decent start... go to Walgreens and buy a product called Bronc-Aid... take that with the caffeine and take an aspirin as well...

utexas_61... if you want the ephedra go buy the Bronc-Aid and do as I mention above...
 
I bought some good old fashioned Stacker 2 on eBay. I know ephedra is not good for you, but it works.
 
utexas, I would say so but if you "feel" that it helps then you are getting a mental edge from it. So, that is worth it IMO.

Kickass tip but could you expand on it a little further. What is Bronc-aid? Why with aspirin? Should I drop the green tea? Thanks again for that tip.
 
Broncaid is ephedra, people use it for asthma. You need all three for a proper stack to get the thermogenic effect of burning fat

what all the major thermogenic products were trying to mimic in the past few years was the ECA stack... ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin.... this has been a staple of body builders for years and finally the supplement manufacturers (Ripped Fuel, Xenadrine, Metabolife, Hydroxycut etc) figured out how to package it and sell it as "herbals"... but none of them was quite the same as a true ECA stack...

when combined with diet and excercise the effects are incredible... I'd only suggest using an ECA stack for about 12 weeks and then taking 6-8 weeks off....

the ephedrine and caffeine are both stimulants... not only will they help you push through workouts better, but they'll also increase your heart rate whereby burning more calories at rest... essentially increasing your metabolism.... the aspirin is a blood thinner and is thought to help the E&C work better... there is some discussion that the aspirin may not be necessary or even helpful, but at the very least it might help keep you from getting headaches from the caffeine..... and let me adjust the formulary, take 1/2 aspirin with the others... take this pill cocktail once or twice daily until you get accustomed to it and then gently increase dosage for the 12 weeks to a tolerable level... do not take the stuff after say 2pm as it might make it difficult to sleep at night...
