TV Tuner issue

Ok so I drop my old ATI TV Wonder in the new dell system. Installed the latest drivers for snd card, tv tuner, tv tuner software. Here's the issue. According to ATI because I have a Creative Labs snd card I need to hook up the external audio cable from the tuner card to the Mic In on the snd card and make the appropriate changes in the ctrl panel regarding the sound and sound recording volume. Check.

The probelm is that the snd is a good 1 to 3 seconds ahead of the video. It's driving me nuts...didn't have this problem when the card was in my old Gateway.

Any ideas? New TV Tuner card?

Maybe contact ATI for new drivers? Ask them if they have heard of your lag issue.

yeah...flew over my head. Sorry, idig.
Partly cause...do they even show cheesy Kung Fu movies on TV anymore? I remember as a kid it was a popular on either Saturday or Sunday afternoons.
