all games are whiparound. if you have a satellite service, you'll need to look to an alternate channel to get Texas. ESPN does this every year. On dishnetwork they're like channels 145-148. you'll get texas on one of those if you're in Texas (or WV)

ESPN3 will show games online too. I have an internet provider that offers this and saw it the other day. To my knowledge they are not charging like the NCAA is for mens games. Granted, it's only 4 bucks for the entire tourney and this includes your cell phone or tablet but free is nicer.
