Going really well so far...

6-0 we lead after 6 innings.

Keyes with a 2-run dinger in the 4th inning, as we scored 2 in the third, 3 in the 4th, and one more in the 5th. 11 hits in 6 innings. Bats are alive today. Cole pitched the first two and Dicharry has gone 4 innings now (he has 5 Ks too). No errors for either side so far.

Third picher for us, going to the 7th. Stayton Thomas comes in. Good to see Stayton getting a chance to pitch. 6-0 Texas leads.

Stayton gets a pop out, gives up a double, gets a ground out and then gives up a 4-pitch walk. Skip pulls him and Taylor Jungmann coms in with men on 1st and 2nd. One pitch, one rip, stright to 3rd base. Inning over. Shutout through 7 innings. 6-0 going to bot 7th.

Taylor got two K's and was about to K the side out, when Tim got caught in two minds in the left field and allowed an out to become a triple. Taylor gets a ground out to finish the inning and keep the shutout.

6-0 to bot 8th.

Exactly. That was a fantastic quote! .. "TCU are like cockroaches. It is not what they tote off, that is the problem. It is what they fall into and mess up" ... Something like that.
