Trivia Question on our 1893 football team

This was our first football team and our first game was on November 30, 1893 against Dallas U. We won in what was an upset 18 to 16. I don't know the answer but hopefully someone will know or have access to information on it. Who scored our first td (or points) and what was his number?

A side note: He was arrested in the 3rd quarter for taking a trident onto the field.

Texas RB Addison Day goes up the middle near the goal and fumbles the ball its recovered by Texas' James Morrison a offensive lineman(Tackle) who ran into the endzone for Texas first TD.

Addison Day extrapoint.


AD would score the other two touchdowns.
 
I had to work that day...slept in the next morning and missed the paper...did we win? Were the leather helmets cool?

Thank you Texas Jack! It is strange that the UT web siteThe Link doesn't have more information like that on this game and a write up on the scoring. This was our first game and our first win with our first td even though I think tds then were five points. It is a shame too. It started something big which over the next 115 years and still counting has had a program with 4 NCs, 2 Heisman Trophy winners, over 800 wins and many more awards.
This game is like when Columbus set sail for the new world. Of course maybe Columbus didn't have much fanfare when he started either. Still it is a shame about this game.
