Haynes is the better football player, but Franks is the fastest kid in the state. I heard only 1 was offered by Texas and they wanted to go as a pair.

When I say in the state, I mean high school kids because we are in the recruiting forum. Goodwin ran a 10.38 and Franks ran a 10.19.
