Uh, wow. This is so stupid and that it's gone on this long makes Austin look stupid. She's gotta go and now. There should not be any allowance in that job. No way, no how. You cannot think that you can work a DWI case if you yourself or staff are violators. One is too many.

Go into private practice and be the DWI Princess or something to rival the Dude.

Good point Deez and I am sorry if I insulted the Dude by lumping him in a sentence with her. That was not my intention. Through effective and frequent advertising, he's the only name I know of so I used it. I have heard he's good at what it is he does even if I don't agree with it. But that's another story.

If it were up to me first offenders lose right to drive for a year no matter what. That's after the week of mandatory jail time. Serve some community service cleaning trash cans and other fun things. Second offense is five year suspension. Third, must move to Oklahoma.

Make it so nasty, hard and unsavory for people and really make them think before driving. I guess seeing a cop hold my friends head on a box top and losing other friends to DWI drivers bitters my stance in this.

No forgiveness or lenience on first timers.
