Transferring MIDI files to cell phone

Question. Went to this cool MIDI site and got a bunch of MIDI files, and was wondering how to transfer them to my cell phone as ring tones. It's a Moto v400. Is it possible to do w/o buying a cable?

if you have sprint - go to google and search for Sprint Focus. After you upload your file, it will send you a text message with a link where you can go online and download your file from your phone.

I just got a Cingular phone. Is there an equivalent?
