Traffic Ticket Lawyer - in Houston?

Well, after 20+ years of a spotless driving record my wife was somehow able to get 2 speeding tickets in two weeks from Harris County Constables.

The obvious answer would have been to take defensive driving and be done with if not for the second ticket.

With that said I figured I would see what the community thought about the predicament and who they might recommed to get her out of this sticky situation.

I'm open to options, but want to avoid getting any tickets on her record and thus on our insurance.

I've used Sprecher twice. Worked both times. He charged me the amount of the fine. I never talked to him. The only thing his assistant stressed was to be sure and show up for the court appearance. At that time, he did a roll call for his clients to make sure they were there. Again, we never talked - I just raised my hand when he called my name. The judge comes in, there's a conference at the bench and then, like magic, my charges (and those of many others) were dismissed and I happily went on my way..

sprecher did a couple for me for free as well many years ago when i was stuck in houston for a few months. i sent him a couple referalls and they were both happy

Paul Kubosh. I have used him 3 times and have gotten my ticket thrown out every time.

I think basically what happens is that Sprecher requests trial by jury. He wins so many of them that when its requested the judge will dismiss. Saves the county money and won't load up their dockets with cases they can't win.

Well, we ended up paying Sprecher $100 per ticket and he delayed the hearing for a few months. My wife went to court last week and through his magic he got both tickets dismissed (40 in a 30 and 75 in a 60).

how about my dumbass getting two tickets in one day on I-10 about 2 weeks ago! Once at loop by HPD and once in Katy by DPS. Those jokers are working the hell outta I-10 since they opened up all the new lanes. pissing me off!
