Last week at the Big 12 tourney Augie stopped two traditions:calling out a player who hits a home run and no more rally hats in the dugout.


What is he going to change next?

Moldy hit a HR on Sat against the ags and he did not come out for the curtain call despite the chants by the fans. I thought that was odd.

I did see hats turned backwards against Tech. Maybe he stopped it on Sat. I wasnt paying attention.

It was not the players decision--it was Augie's. He was probably into his Zen mojo to help with focus. Several of the parents and fans were a little agitated on how he handled the whole tournament.

Nuff said. We need to go out and kick *** this weekend. If we get to CWS then all hail Augie. If not..........

Heard tonight that Coach told 'em it was just when we were on the road and all the Rider Bombadiers came out for their curtain calls tonight.

Hope that Coach still considers Omaha HOME.
