Tracy Cook

I saw Regents play a couple of times when she was coaching. They were noticeably better at fundamentals than most of the other teams at that level. It's been true of other small school teams in this area that I've seen coached by former college players who've spent time at UT - Austin Home School with Pam Lee (formerly Pam Miller) and Roderick Anderson, Regents again with Terrence Rencher, and most notably Hill Country Christian School with Luke Axtell.
 
Good to hear about a former player. Tracy was a volleyball player in high school, so I guess the headline should be "switches sport again" I remember that Jody worked hard to get Tracy to go up straight instead of using her volleyball "jack-knife" jump as she went up get rebounds. The jack-knife move made it more likely she'd foul.
