Touching move by Nebraska

Nebraska punter Sam Foltz was killed in a car wreck this summer. In today’s game against Fresno State their punt team came out without a punter and took the delay of game penalty for having too few players on the field.

And of course Fresno State declined the penalty. Love all around.
