Is there a website that tracks the top juniors in the country for football?

I think you'll mostly find sites like Rivals that will list a huge number of Juniors but haven't necessarily rated them yet. I think we're a ways off from ratings though you might have more luck with local (read: Texas) lists from sites like Recruitocosm.
